Welcome to the Creative Sewing Section.

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Oakshott fabrics at The Craft Patch

We offer a multitude of techniques and workshops with fabrics.   

You can do patchwork and quilting, make your own bags, hand embroidery and sewing, naiive stitching, wallhangings, lap quilts to king size whatever you want to try.

Within our normal classes everyone is doing their own project and come along armed with their sewing kit and machine to try out a new creation. Beginners with their machines are welcome. Everyone is wonderfully friendly and we all help each other out with hints tips and techniques we have collected along the way!

Our class times are Tuesday 10.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm or you can bring your lunch and stay all day. The cost of a session is £4.50 or £8 for the day. There is also a class on a Thursday afternoon from 2pm to 4.30 pm. £4.50 for the session.

We also have technique workshops from time to time. You will find these under the current workshop sections. Look out for the special classes in Mohair Bears. These are just fabulous.
